Top Safety Rules for All Ages

At Beachside Grand Prix, our commitment to rider safety is unwavering and extends beyond our track and kart design. To ensure the well-being of all our participants, we have put in place a set of stringent safety rules that all riders must adhere to, regardless of age. These guidelines are designed to protect not only the rider but also other participants and our staff, ensuring a thrilling yet secure racing experience for all. We urge all our riders to familiarize themselves with these rules before taking to the track.

• Children must be at least 11 years old and 54″ or taller to ride solo (drive)
• Children must be at least 6 years old 40″ or taller, to ride with someone 18 years of age.
• Guests under 18 must have a parent sign a minor release liability form
• Riders should tie back anything longer than shoulder-length hair 
• Every rider must wear a shirt 
• Every rider must wear completely closed-toe shoes 
• NO CROCS
• No smoking in the karts or the pit area
• No bumping or reckless driving
• Please stay in the kart at all times while on the track
• Keep both hands on the steering wheel
• Keep both hands and feet inside the kart at all times
• If the kart stops remain seated, raise your hand, and an attendant will be over to help
• Drive slowly when arriving and leaving the pit area
• No one assumed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed to operate our go-karts
• No GoPros allowed

No smelling fumes from our engines around here. The reassurance that the go-karts are safe and reliable is crucial to us, so we go above and beyond to ensure they are always in perfect condition. We inspect them regularly and perform necessary maintenance to keep them running smoothly. Our go-karts also have seat-belts for your safety.
